To provide affordable and efficient healthcare services to all Zimbabwean citizens in support of government efforts and vision of achieving an upper middle-class economy by 2030.

Rationale

1. The majority of the Zimbabwean citizens are not covered by medical aid.
2. Stringent (payslip, advance payment, age restriction, existing medical conditions) requirements by existing medical aid societies for joining.
3. Lack of innovative ways by existing societies to capture the informal and non-salaried groups.

How (Informal sector/ Self-employed)

1. Engage various associations such as Farmers Associations, Cross Boarder Traders, Vendors, Security Guards.
2. Physical visits by agents e.g. artisanal miners, peasant farmers.
3. Student health plans.
4. Establish Community health schemes in partnerships with local health service providers.
5. Establish strategic partnerships with various institutions such as GMB, TIMB etc. for payment platforms.
6. Design tailor made packages suitable for the informal sector and low-income groups.
7. Establish flexible payment plans including daily, weekly, monthly & seasonal.

1. Medical service providers supply chain.
2. Payment platforms (respective target market associations).
